Official timeline

Hey guys,
Sorry we haven't updated in so long, been real busy! I completely forgot to include a timeline in the merchant pack *smacks forehead* so here it is. I'll also be sending a notecard for those of you who have subscribed to our group already:

December 1st: Last day to turn in confirmation notecards
December 5th: Official list and hunt order sent out
December 12th: 1st walkthrough to check signs are up
December 15th: Hunt items go out
December 28th: Hints due 
December 29th/30th: 2nd walkthrough to check items are out

We're sending out the hunt items way before the holidays start so that you can plan accordingly. Pleas let Mitzi Jillybean know if any of these dates are a problem for you.

Still have time to get your apps in!

Hey everyone,
To those of you who have accepted your invitation, PLEASE make sure you go to the landmark included in the invitation and click SUBSCRIBE to our list!!! This is really important because we will send you all the information there, and if you don't get it, you won't be in the hunt. There's 5 of you who haven't yet *glares* so hurry and subscribe!!
If you still haven't gotten your application in, don't worry - we will still be accepting applications until the middle of November. We have 12 participating stores so far, which is a liiiiittle less than we'd like, so get em in! Not saying we want to have 50+ stores, but we'd like around 25 or so. If you didn't receive an application and you think you should have, send a notecard to Mitzi Jillybean and I'll get back to you.
